reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. During treatment clients remain fully clothed and receive the Reiki energy through a very light touch applied from the practitioner.

The word Reiki itself is made of two Japanese ideograms. Rei represents the spiritual source of the the universe or the higher mind and ki represents the primal life energy. Reiki can be translated as “spiritual guided universal life energy”.

Frequently the Reiki energy is felt like a glowing radiance flowing through and around the body but each treatment is different according to the vibratory need of the client. Reiki treats the whole person including body, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace and wellbeing.
